Custom manufacturing
River County Soapworks can customize your wholesale soap and body care items with your chosen ingredients, sizes, and hand-stamping.
Our minimum opening order for custom manufacturing is $1000. Pricing will depend on ingredients chosen, services rendered and weight of the individual soap bars. We are able to cut bars in a variety of dimensions and weights depending on your needs. Sometimes we will need to run a 1 pound test batch for the purpose of gaining approval for scent, color and design. These are charged at $25.00 per test. This 1 pound test batch will yield four soap bars which will not be in the final shape or size of your final bars. Soaps requiring beveled edges will incur an additional charge for labor. We do not manufacture individually molded soaps or soap on a rope.

Stamping
If you wish your soap bars to be hand stamped with your logo there is an additional charge of .10 per soap for labor. We can hand stamp your bars with a simple logo, design or slogan. Stamps vary in price and will run anywhere from $50 to $200 each and may require several weeks to manufacture.
Packaging
We are happy to package your soaps for an additional fee and ship them to you already packaged. Ask us to quote you this service once your packaging design is complete. We don't manufacture packaging. Please contact one of the vendors we have listed to have your own boxes or labels made. We can insert your soaps into your private label boxes or attach labels for a fee or you can order your custom soaps naked (without boxes or labeling) and apply your own packaging once you receive your soaps.
In addition to bar soap, we can also custom manufacture liquid soap, lip balm and lotion bars. Please give us a call to discuss your needs.
The initial custom manufacturing process can take from 4-8 weeks. Lead time on re-orders is typically 4 weeks. Research & development (if any is required) is billed at $100 per hour.
