Our normal turnaround time on orders is 2 to 4 business days from the original order date, although most items ship the next business day. During the busy holiday season it may be longer. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products we may be out of stock of a particular item at any one time. You will be notified immediately if this is the case and given the opportunity to replace the item, remove the item from your order or place the item on backorder. Backordered items will be shipped at no extra charge to you.
Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day Air service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. Please email us prior to placing your order with your shipping address and we will advise you of the best shipping method available to you before placement of your order.
We are sorry but at this time products can only be billed and shipped to destinations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you must report the problem directly to the carrier (UPS or USPS) within 48 hours. Please inform us as well so that replacement arrangements can be made if necessary.
